Type Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator

The Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator (MLGI) is a continuous liquid level indicator designed to provide accurate visual level indication in tanks and process vessels without direct contact between the indicator mechanism and the process fluid. It operates using the combined principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, where a magnetic float follows the liquid level inside a bypass chamber while an external magnetic indicator displays the corresponding liquid level.

Unlike conventional sight glasses, the Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator completely isolates the indicator mechanism from the process media, making it ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, corrosive, or hazardous liquids. The system can also be equipped with Level Switches and Level Transmitters to provide alarm signals or 4–20 mA analog outputs for PLC, DCS, and SCADA integration.

Available in Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, UPVC, and CPVC, the Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator is suitable for water, hot water, oil, chemicals, and various industrial liquids. It is widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, water treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and many other industrial applications.
