Warranty Terms

• The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and product failures under normal operating conditions.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, negligence, or other external factors.
• Any product that has been repaired or modified by parties other than CV Rach Tekindo Makmur without our authorization is not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If a product becomes defective during the warranty period, the customer must first contact CV Rach Tekindo Makmur. The defective product must then be shipped to our address for inspection by our technical team.

After the inspection is completed, we will determine whether the damage is covered under the warranty. If the warranty applies, the product will be repaired at no service charge. If the damage is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed of the estimated repair cost before any repair work is carried out.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product to CV Rach Tekindo Makmur.
• The return shipping cost will be handled according to the agreement between the customer and CV Rach Tekindo Makmur.
