The PVC Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator is a continuous visual liquid level indicator specifically designed for corrosive liquid applications such as acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals. It operates using the combined principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, allowing accurate liquid level indication without direct contact between the indicator mechanism and the process fluid.
Compared to stainless steel magnetic level gauges, the PVC/UPVC/CPVC series offers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for chemical processing, water treatment, electroplating, wastewater treatment, and other corrosive liquid applications.
A magnetic float follows the liquid level inside the chamber and magnetically actuates the external indicator, providing a clear and reliable visual indication. The indicator mechanism remains completely isolated from the process media, ensuring safe operation, long service life, and minimal maintenance.
The PVC Magnetic Level Gauge Indicator can also be equipped with Level Switches and 4–20 mA Level Transmitters for integration with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
